How to source Starter Vape Kit battery life for the UK
Buyers come to us for starter vape kit after a bad quarter: dead stock on one side, empty shelves on the other. The cause is usually the same, an assortment built from a catalogue instead of from sell-through data. This page explains how we rebuild that balance for adult smokers.

Getting the carton there intact
We work with adult smokers who order between a few hundred and a few thousand units at a time, and we treat both ends the same way: a written specification, a sample you approve, and a production run that matches the sample.
Documentation travels with the goods: commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate set for your market. We send a scanned copy before dispatch so your broker can clear the file in advance.
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 18 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.
Compliance without the last-minute scramble
Age verification is not only a website problem. Retail packaging, shelf placement and staff scripting all carry compliance weight, and auditors increasingly ask for evidence of all three.
Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.
Reading a quotation properly
A landed cost sheet for starter vape kit has five lines: unit price, packaging, freight, duty and the cost of defects. Quoting only the first line is how buyers end up surprised at the fourth.
We publish a realistic band of 2.73 to 8.66 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
- Consolidated or split shipping, quoted both ways
- Batch codes traceable from carton back to production date
- Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit
- Standing reorder schedule with a fixed cut-off
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
Simple habits that lift velocity
Counter space is finite. Three well-chosen SKUs outsell nine crowded ones, and the empty space signals a curated range rather than a clearance table.
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep starter vape kits at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.
Specification summary
| Battery | 350 mAh |
| Pod capacity | 3.0 ml |
| Coil resistance | 1.2 ohm |
| Included | Device, 2 pods, cable |
| Charging | USB-C 5V/1A |
| Packaging | Blister pack |
| Minimum order | 200 units per SKU, mixed cartons allowed |
| Lead time | 12 working days after artwork approval |
We would rather lose an order at quotation stage than explain a mismatch after delivery, which is why the specification conversation comes before the price conversation.
Frequently asked
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 50 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
